Our standard service schedule includes cleaning and restocking every 7 days for construction sites and every 1-3 days for events, depending on usage. We can customize the service frequency based on your specific needs.

The rental price includes delivery, setup, regular servicing, and pickup. All necessary supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.) are included. Additional services like more frequent cleaning or special event setups may have additional charges.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard rentals, and 4-6 weeks in advance for large events or during peak season (spring through fall). However, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Standard deliveries occur Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Weekend deliveries are available for an additional fee. For events with specific timing needs, we can often accommodate special delivery windows.

Yes! We offer discounted rates for rentals lasting 30 days or longer. The discount increases with the length of the rental period. Contact us with your project details for a customized quote.

While our primary service areas are Modesto and Santa Rosa, we also serve surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius. Delivery fees may apply for locations outside our immediate service areas. Contact us to check availability for your specific location.
